PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing the past television broadcast program video using an IT(information technique), such as the Internet. SOLUTION: A television program video broadcasting company or the like converts the past television broadcast program video, owned by each company into television broadcast program video data with its retrieval being performed readily by using an IT(information technology), such as the Internet. Then, the television broadcast program video data are preserved in a computer for preserving the television broadcast program video owned by the television program video broadcasting company or the like. Then, a user or the like is able to access a computer for preserving and distributing the television broadcast program video or a computer for distributing the television broadcast program video connected to the computer for preserving the television broadcasting program video, by using IT, such as the Internet, and then the television broadcast program video can be distributed to the user. Thus, the user can acquire desired television program broadcasting, by inputting a condition for retrieving the television broadcast program video to be retrieved, and designating the television broadcast program video to be acquired, and deciding an inputting means and paying means by a method which is desired by the user. |
