PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability and to prevent environment pollution by automatically detecting of a predetermined amount of filth stored in a filth container, draining of the filth, washing the filth container, re-feeding a chemical liquid after washing or the like. SOLUTION: When work started, the initialization of drainage, washing and the injection of the chemical liquid is automatically performed with respect to the filth container to wait the generation of an event. When the event is generated, filth is automatically sucked to be housed in the filth container and, when the filth reaches a definite amount, this state is automatically detected to temporarily stop the suction of filth to automatically perform the discharge of filth from the filth container and the post-treatment for washing the interior of the filth container. Suction is again enabled to wait a next event. As a display lamp for normality or abnormality, there are a display lamp during initialization operation and during automatic cleaning at the off-time of a power supply, a display lamp during cleaning at the time of overflow of filth, a display lamp at the time of empty of the chemical liquid and a display lamp during error operation.
