PURPOSE: A spot welding jig for welding ball bearing retainers is provided to complete welding for a plurality of welding points by one cycle of operation between retainers which are inserted between ball bearing outer and inner wheels used for high temperature and high load purposes to guide balls and prevent separation of the balls. CONSTITUTION: The spot welding jig for welding ball bearing retainers comprises upper and lower retainers(60-1,60-2) which are positioned at upper and lower sides of balls(70) inserted between outer wheel(40) and inner wheel(50) of a ball bearing; a ring shaped lower spot welding jig(80) comprising electrodes(30) a plurality of which are projected on the lower spot welding jig(80) so that the electrodes(30) are positioned at bridges between balls(70) of the lower retainer(60-2), and which are cooled by cooling water of a cooling water hole(20); and a ring shaped upper spot welding jig(10) comprising electrodes(30) a plurality of which are projected on the upper spot welding jig(10) so that the electrodes(30) are positioned at bridges between balls(70) of the upper retainer(60-1), and which are cooled by cooling water of a cooling water hole(20).
