PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that both low frequency side and high frequency side distortions cannot be simultaneously suppressed in a conventional distortion pre-compensating circuit when amplitudes and phases are different between the distortion to be generated on the side of low frequency and the distortion to be generated on the side of high frequency in distortions to be generated in a wide band AB-class power amplifier. SOLUTION: An amplitude frequency characteristics control circuit 106 is connected after a distortion generating circuit 105. After the amplitude difference of distortions generated on the low frequency side and the high frequency side are adjusted by that circuit 106, the amplitudes and phases of the distortions are controlled by a vector control circuit 107.
