PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor for a communication control facility that can deliver information of the entire system to a system manager at any time independently of the place where the system manager is located, can avoid the state of the system manager from always monitoring a remote central management terminals so as to reduce the management cost and attain rational monitoring by fewer number of managers for systems that show a decrease in the number of faults recently. SOLUTION: Each distributed node transmits required information to a remote central management terminal in a management base station on the periodic diagnosis or occurrence of trouble in its own node. The remoter central management terminal receiving the information transfer the information to a terminal (terminal E at its own seat, a mobile terminal F, a pocket beeper(R) terminal G or the like) used by a preset system manager. Furthermore, the system management side can inquire of the remote central management terminal as required. The system manager receiving the information analyzes the information and can take proper countermeasure according to the result of the analysis.
