PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration noise by preventing the generation of swing motion in an air intake and exhaust tappet and avoiding giving a heavy blow of the air intake and exhaust tapped onto the inner diameter surface of a hole for the air intake and exhaust tappet in the cylinder head structure. SOLUTION: An air intake and exhaust sleeve slidably supporting the air intake and exhaust tappet is fit into the hole for the air intake and exhaust tappet. The air intake and exhaust sleeve is formed with a member of a material having a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the air intake and exhaust tappet.
