The invention consists of an apparatus with loose sections 2 stacked on top of each other as required in a vertical position to form an upright structure to enable potatoes to be "earthed up" to give a maximum yield. Out of season cultivation could also be used in green houses etc. also in restricted areas. A base plate (4, figure 3) may have drain holes (6, figure 3). The sections 2 may be secured together with bolts 8, a flange ring 8 or locating lips (9, figure 2). A securing strip (10, figure 4) may be used to secure sections 2 together. |
