PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a cast-in-place concrete pile by employing concrete containing lightweight aggregate lighter than ordinary aggregate, i.e., aggregate formed of recycled aggregate, or industrial waste such as blast furnace slug, while ensuring good filling performance. SOLUTION: There is provided a method for constructing the cast-in-place concrete pile, which is carried out in the following manner. First, the ground is excavated to form a hole 11 which is filled with a liquid stabilizer 17, and a steel cage 14 is built therein, followed by placing the ordinary concrete 15a at a lower end of the hole via a tremie pipe 13. Thereafter, the concrete containing the lightweight aggregate is successively placed to be joined to the ordinary concrete while the tremie pipe is drawn up, and then the ordinary concrete is placed at an upper end of the hole.
