POLYAMIDE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR FIBER AND POLYAMIDE FIBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retard the progress of gelling while a polyamide resin composition is molten with heat thereby inhibiting the gelling caused by abnormal stay of the polyamide in the fiber-extruding machine to reduce the yarn breakage caused by gel. SOLUTION: This polyamide composition includes a polyamide 66 copolymer prepared by copolymerizing isophthalic acid with poly(hexamethylene adipamide) and titanium oxide as essential components where the proportion of the isophthalic acid is 1.5-5 mol% to the adipic acid and the amount of the amino terminal group is 30-50 meq/kg and the titanium content is 0.01-3 wt.% in the polyamide composition.
