PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety tire capable of stably running even in a damaged condition without sacrificing rolling resistance and riding comfort in normal run before damaged. SOLUTION: The hollow doughnut safety tire comprises a resin complex arranged inside consisting of a continuous phase and closed cells, and the complex has a percentage content of cells of 80.00-98.75% by volume and an absolute inner pressure of incorporated cells of 150 kPa or more at 25 deg.C.
