PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation of a conductive chip in a slip ring device in an X-ray CT apparatus. SOLUTION: In a conductive brush 10 where a conductive chip 12 for giving and receiving an electric signal is held by a plate spring 11, and the electric signal is transmitted to the conductive chip 12 through the plate spring 11, an insert part 12a formed on the conductive chip 12 is passed through a penetrating hole 14 provided in the plate spring 11, and jointing material 13 is allowed to enter the groove 12b formed in the insert part 12a passed through the penetrating hole 14 to thereby fix the conductive chip 12 to the plate spring 11.
