PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize easy peeling of an insulating film to a linear conductor and to prevent position deviation in the insulating film. SOLUTION: A notched part 16 or the like is formed on a side part of a linear conductor 15 so as to prevent position deviation in insulating films 11 and 13 of the linear conductor 15. Both insulating films 11 and 13 are adhered at the notch part 16 by a thermal laminating method, ultrasound method or the like, whereby the connection part functions as a stopper preventing position deviation of the linear conductor 15.
