PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a device mechanism by moving a medium on an arc to bring a contact point and a connector into contact with each other while holding a medium face to be constant, so as to omit a holding mechanism. SOLUTION: With the insertion of an IC card A, a link 20 is turned on an arc (along a peripheral direction) clockwise, a slider 19 pushes up it to the side of the connector to bring the contact of the IC card A and the connector 18 into contact with each other. Then at the time of perfectly inserting the IC card A, as the link 20 is over a dead center, the slider 19 is stably stopped at a prescribed position (a position over the upper dead center, that is a position reaching by additionally rotating clockwise from the highest position of the peripheral direction) against the energizing force of a returning spring 17 operated in the direction of pushing back the IC card A and the slider 19. In addition, as a slant part 35 moves the tip of the IC card A, the backlash of the IC card A is prevented. |
