PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk with good mechanical accuracy, to obtain good reproducing characteristics in all data layers of a multilayered optical disk having a plurality of data layers, and to provide the above multilayered optical disk at a low cost. SOLUTION: The optical information medium has at least each one layer of an annular data layer DL holding at least recorded information and an annular resin layer TL on a disk substrate 2 or between a pair of disk substrates. At least one substrate has a convex surface facing the data layer. In at least one layer of the above resin layer, the outer peripheral part of the layer is thicker than the inner peripheral part. |
