PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming device provided with a mechanism for automatically opening and closing the delivery part of waste toner. SOLUTION: In this image-forming device, a device body 31 is divided into an upper machine body 32 and a lower machine body 33 so as to be freely openable, and a drum set C1 and a toner set C2 are inserted into and detached from the upper machine body at opening times. The drum set C1 is provided with at least an image carrier 50, a toner-removing means 51e for removing toner remaining on the image carrier after printing, a waste toner discharge port for discharging the waste toner and a first shutter 72 to open and close the discharge port. The toner set C2 is provided with a waste toner receiving port for receiving the waste toner discharged from the waste toner discharge port of the drum set C1 and a second shutter 80 for opening and closing a receiving port. The waste toner discharge port and the waste toner receiving port are set in a closed state by the first and second shutter 72 and 80, when the device body is opened; and when the device body is closed, the waste toner discharge port and the waste toner receiving port are set in an opened state. |
