<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auction system in which a buyer offer bids through chat, using text or voice from a user terminal. SOLUTION: In the auction system, when the buyer uses the user terminal 2 and transmits auction participation application information which designates the desired item name to an auction center terminal 3 via a network 1 by the text or voice input, the auction center terminal 3 transmits participant information to an auction hall terminal 4, according to the auction participation application information, and the terminal 4 conducts buyer participant authentication and gives participation permission to auction chat to the terminal 2. The buyer offers bids through chat, by using text and voice from the terminal 2, and the terminal 4 decides on the successful bid price and notifies the buyer of the successful bid price and a transacting method of the item.</p> |
