PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head lining body for a head guard for an industrial vehicle to be installed over upper ends of a right and a left front pillars 2 and a right and a left rear pillars for protecting a driver on a driver's seat from a dropped object in which plural window opening parts 10 are formed laterally at a front part, and in which transparent covers 13 each for simultaneously closing two window opening parts 10 are installed by putting them along the two window opening parts from above. SOLUTION: By installing the transparent cover 13 to simultaneously close the two window opening parts along the two window opening parts adjacent to each other, work for installing or removing the transparent cover 13 can be reduced to half compared to that in conventional devices, thereby troublesomeness in this work of installation or removal can be eliminated.
