PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce countermeasures against noise by breaking electromagnetic noise being generated by electrostatic discharge due to static electricity that is electrified to a tank rail and a game ball that travels on the tank rail, and to prevent malinfluence on various kinds of controlling substrates for a game due to noise. SOLUTION: A plated layer 50 that is conductive covering is formed on all of the inner and outer surfaces of the tank rail 34. Therefore, since the tank rail 34 is made of an insulating member such as a synthetic resin, and when the game ball 25 being supplied from a ball tank to the tank rail 34 due to fall is electrified by static electricity, the radiation especially to the lower portion of the tank rail 34 of the electromagnetic noise can be effectively broken by the plated layer 50 even if electromagnetic noise due to the electrified static electricity is generated, thus reliably preventing malinfluence due to noise on a plurality of substrates for control being provided at the lower side of the tank rail 34 and reinforcing countermeasures against noise.
