PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a baked pastry making a palate feeling of the skin thereof soft and fluffy as well as flavorful. SOLUTION: This baked pastry is obtained by wrapping bean jam with a baked skin on which at least water, among water, sake, aqueous solution of saccharides, fruit juice and flavored solution, is sprayed, and packaging the resultant pastry in a case with both watertightness and airtightness followed by refrigerating or freezing the packaged pastry.
