PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various information provisions utilizable by reducing restriction of the contents of transmitting information, when utilizing data transmission using a portable terminal. SOLUTION: A net data base 400 stores information concerned with a portable terminal and user information, including the specifications for the sending addresses of electronic(E) mails for each user. A deciding module 200 decides whether the contents of an E mail received by a mail server 100 can be displayed on a user's portable terminal to be the destination of the E mail. At deciding that the contents of the E mail can be displayed, the E mail is sent to the portable terminal. At deciding that display is disabled, the module 200 determines the sending destination of the E mail in accordance with the user information and conversion modules 300, 300' convert the E mail to a format allowed to be outputted on the sending destination. The converted data are provided to a device of the sending destination, and the portable terminal concerned is informed of the sending of the converted data.
