PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery system capable of easily shutting off positive and negative electrode terminals by an insulating material and capable of easily removing the insulating material in using without using adhesives and without machining the insulating material into a complicated shape. SOLUTION: This battery system is provided with an armor container for housing a plurality of unit cells and a terminal plate on which positive and negative output terminals are provided close to each other on the same surface. At least one output terminal is covered with an annular heat-shrinkable film for surrounding the terminal plate, and therefore, both terminal parts are shut off.
