PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high-precision digital signal processing by realizing a configuration for forming a pixel modulation circuit into an LSI, so as to constitute a signal transmitting circuit for signal transmission requiring high-precision signal transmission. SOLUTION: The circuit is branched into a positive pole signal generating section, which is constituted of buffers B2 to B6 via a buffer B1, and a negative pole signal generating section, which is constituted of buffers B7 to B10. Although the sections differ in the number of buffers and in the delay times of signals, the delay times are matched with each other by the output open buffers B3 and B4. Two signals, outputted from the buffers B6 and B10, turn into differential signals. When the signals are inputted to a single-phase circuit 2, a positive polarity signal is inputted to buffers b11 to B14; a negative pole signal is inputted to buffers b15 to B17; and the outputs of the buffers B14 and B17 are connected to each other, to reproduce a single-phase received signal P2 via buffers B18 and B19, and the outputs are used for signal processing on the receiving side.
