PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a choke coil in which magnetic saturation phenomenon is less likely to be caused and which the coil height can be lowered. SOLUTION: The choke coil 10 is provided with a magnetic material bobbin 12, winding wires 26 and 28 and a magnetic material connecting member 34. The bobbin 12 has a winding part, and end flange parts 16 and 18 are formed at both end parts and a center flange 20 in the center. The center flange 20 is slightly smaller than the end flanges 16 and 18, and two adjacent corner parts have inclined parts 20a. The connection member 34 connects the outer peripheral part of the end flange part 16 and that of 18. A gap is formed between the connection member 34 and the outer peripheral face of the center flange 20.
