LACE RIBBON OF DOUBLE KOREAN PAPER FOR GARLAND AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A lace ribbon for a garland and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which is characterized by producing with a cheap Korean paper, preventing spread of letters, forming various patterns with a pattern knife of a roller after adhering fabric or synthetic resin having various colors to a lace part and decreasing work defective. CONSTITUTION: The lace ribbon for the garland using the Korean paper is obtained by a process containing the steps of: forming a ribbon part(1) and a lace part(2) united into one with the Korean paper having proper length; setting the fabric(or PVC) having various colors on the lace part(3) to double; passing the lace part and the ribbon part through the roller(3) containing the pattern knife on both sides and generating high temperature; and then adhering the doubled lace part and forming various patterns on the surface with the pattern knife from vibration of a vibrator(4).
