VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT TYPE COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: To provide a variable displacement type compressor capable of preventing the abrasion of a feeder for a capacity control valve. CONSTITUTION: A tip of a base end part 283 is formed with an annular taper surface 286 so as to be inclined from the inner peripheral surface 284 to the outside. A groove part 290 is provided at a part of the base end part 283. The groove part 290 is formed by round chamfering 288, a part chamfered 287 at a nearly right angle to the inner peripheral surface 284 and the taper surface 286. Namely, the groove part 290 is formed with a curved surface with the cooperation of the round chamfering 288 and the tape surface 286. The groove part 290 is formed so that the projection quantity from the peripheral wall 131 of a housing is smaller than that from a base end part 283 of other residual part. A feeder not shown in Fig. abuts on the groove part 290.
