PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing of valve element displaying device capable of easily confirming an opening and closing state of a valve without impairing the opening and closing operatability of the valve element and the workability. SOLUTION: A basic end part 22 of a valve element opening and closing lever 21 is fixed to a valve shaft 16 projecting from a valve casing 12, display parts 20a and 20b displaying the opening and closing direction of the valve element are radically projected from the valve shaft 16, and a projecting amount is not more than a length of the valve element opening and closing lever 21.
