PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the replacement and refill of a roll paper in a toilet roll or a kitchen roll, and to enable its cutting with one hand, and further to make its structure simple. SOLUTION: This roll paper holder is composed of a roll paper supporting portion 1 which is inclined at an obtuse angle with respect to an attaching surface, roll paper cutting portion 2 which is provided at the upper part of the front of the roll paper supporting portion, and a right and a left side plate 3.
