PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce heat input into a vehicle interior due to incident of a solar ray while securing a rear view even when the altitude of the sun is low and to secure a power generation quantity. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle blind is provided with a panel body 2 arranged along rear window glass RG of an automobile and formed of a transparent resin, a plurality of long solar battery modules 3 arranged inside the panel body 2 at substantially equal intervals and parallelly to each other, and heat ray reflection films 4 arranged inside the panel body 2 and positioned between the solar battery modules 3. The solar battery module 3 is tilted for shutting off the solar ray from a high altitude to the horizontal plane and securing the rear view, and the heat ray reflection film 4 is arranged for reflecting the infrared ray of the solar ray from the low altitude toward the solar battery module 3.
