PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for removing oxygen relatively by catalytic combustion of oxygen with solvent vapor residing in an inner atmosphere of a dry cleaning machine. SOLUTION: A process and related circuits control processes by inactivating the atmosphere in the dry cleaning machine and measuring oxygen in gases by using one or more lambda probes 21 and 22.
