摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide assembling welding for machine parts using liquid phase diffusion welding of metal precision machine parts which is conventionally manufactured in an integral molding and has a precise pipe line for conveying fluid or reducing weight or a small-sized parts of cylinder or the like inside thereof. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for machine parts using liquid phase diffusion welding which is conducted under joint conditions where the maximum bearing pressure is 30 MPa and stress loading time is at least 30 seconds or more at 900-1300 deg.C. An alloy for liquid phase diffusion welding which contains 1-15% of the total amount of one kind or two kinds of B and P and 1-10% of V in atomic %, comprises the balance Fe and unavoidable impurities, allows joining at oxidizing atmosphere, and whose crystal structure is substantially amorphous is applied to the liquid phase diffusion welding wherein contraction quantity in a joining stress loading direction based on plastic deformation at joining in whole area of groove surface of a joining material is 5% or less.
