摘要 PURPOSE: A fuel spray controller is provided to shorten the operating time of a valve and to reduce exhaust gas by improving a spill rate with an enlarged through area of spill oil. CONSTITUTION: A needle valve is inserted into a valve body, and a solenoid(1) and a spring(3) are placed in an amateur(2). A high pressure chamber between the valve body and the needle valve is connected to a plunger(7) of a housing(9), an injecting nozzle(18) and a high pressure channel(14). A spill channel is connected to a spill chamber(17). A spill port(12) and an inner communicating pipe(11) are formed in the needle valve and a second spill channel(16) is formed on the valve body. In this structure, the needle valve is increased with the suction force of the solenoid, and the spill port is separated from the second spill channel. Then, pressure is formed in the high pressure chamber and fuel is injected. When power released to the solenoid, the needle valve goes down by a return valve spring and high pressure fuel is injected while spilling. The spill port is communicated with the second spill channel and fuel is additionally and suddenly spilled. The spill port and the inner communicating pipe are in an annular shape and a radial shape to maximally obtain a fuel passing area.
