PURPOSE: A method for analyzing a user question inputted in natural language and efficiently offering Internet information is provided to easily and rapidly obtain information existing on the Internet and to sufficiently utilize infinite Internet information. CONSTITUTION: If a user inputs a desired question in the form of natural language and transmits it through his terminal(101), an IARS(Internet Anything Response System) receives and analyzes the inputted question(102). The IARS judges whether a conformable answer exists in a knowledge database(103). In case that a conformable answer exists in the knowledge database, the IARS automatically sends the answer to the user. However, if a conformable answer does not exist, the IARS manually processes the answer(104). The IARS stores the manually processed answer in the knowledge database so that it can automatically be processed after this(105), and sends the answer to the user(106).
