SOLUTION: A mediation device is provided with a commission contents management device (3) which accepts and stores applications for register from clients, a qualified person management means (1) which accepts applications for register from qualified persons and stores information related to qualified persons, a perusal means (4) by which registered qualified persons peruse stored commission contents, a contact information acceptance means (5) which accepts contact information to perused commission contents from registered qualified persons, a first transmission means (6) which transmits information, which indicates that contact from qualified persons has been made, to a client by an electronic mail in accordance with acceptance of contact information, a designation acceptance means (7) which accepts input of designating a specific person from qualified persons, which have made contact, as the agent whom the client wants to commission, and a second transmission means (8) which transmits this designation to the specific qualified person by an electronic mail in accordance with acceptance in the designation acceptance means. |
