PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution amplifier that reduces power consumption with a simple configuration and enhances the flatness of a gain for a low frequency band. SOLUTION: Amplifier circuits 31-34 are connected in forward direction between an input side transmission circuit 10 and an output side transmission circuit 20. A bias circuit T is connected to a signal output terminal of the transmission circuit 20 to apply a DC bias voltage VDD1 to outputs of the amplifier circuits 31-34 via its inductor 292 and the transmission circuit 20. The opposite side to the output terminal of the transmission circuit 20 is connected to ground via a termination resistor R2 and a DC voltage source 30 of an output voltage VDD2. A relation of VDD1=VDD2 holds and a DC voltage across the termination resistor 30 is nearly zero. A resistor may be used in place of the inductor 292. The inductor 292 may be connected in parallel with the termination resistor R2.
