PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job offer employment method using the Internet in which the basic ability and vocation of an application are previously judged and talent fitted to the type of occupation for job offer is speedily and easily selected. SOLUTION: An initial input step for urging the input of a desired occupation type or a desired company and the input of original identification information which is previously issued with respect to access from the applicant to a job offer recruitment site 4 installed in a server 3 through the Internet 1 by a computer processing in the server 3 connected to the Internet 1 and storing the input content, a judgment step for the number of applying times for judging whether the access of the applicant is the first time or not based on the input content of the initial input step, and a test step for permitting the applicant to take a prescribed test as a first selection through the Internet 1 and for storing the test result when access is judged to be the first time in the judgment step for the number of applying times, are performed. |
