<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system where a person can easily enter a prize quiz while one's anonymity is maintained by permitting the person who is to apply for the prize quiz on the Internet to fill an arbitrary character or number instead of filling a name, an address and the like. SOLUTION: Not all the application numbers of the winners of the prizes are opened but a part of them is announced and are set to be temporarily the winners. A request for filling remaining blanks is given. Thus, the amount of the requested blanks makes the application numbers into a cipher and a lottery. It can be operated that a system advantageously operates on the temporary winners or many and unspecified persons by the number of the characters of the application numbers or the amount of the announced part of the winning numbers. When it advantageously operates on the temporary winners, it is considered that the application numbers are made into the cipher and privacy is mainly protected. When it is set that multiple right answerers of the blank parts are produced for many and unspecified persons, it is considered that the application numbers are made into the lottery.</p> |
