<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that respective strategy axes cannot simultaneously and flexibly be managed in limited time in a conventional administration managing system which manages administration along a single strategic axis such as a commodity, a market field, a customer and an area. SOLUTION: A manager sets initial targets (sales target, strategy and the like) along four axes and inputs them by using the initial target storage means 21 of a multidimensional matrix managing system 20. When a business man and the manager select the desired axis by using a remote or local terminal, a target realization managing means 24 reads the initial target and a result from a data base and displays the initial target and the result on the remote or local terminal along the selected axis. Thus, appropriate sales target management and administration management being in consideration of the four strategic axes of the commodity, the market field, the customer and the area, can be preformed with such constitution.</p> |
