摘要 <p>Apparatus (1) for continuous tempering of chocolate butter-containing or other fat-containing chocolate mass comprising at least one mass chamber (2) having a disc-shaped stirring tool (5). The stirring tool (5) comprises two opposite stirring wings (9, 9') and an intermediary disc element (10). Hereby is obtained an apparatus having a disc-shaped stirring element and which is easy as well as economical to produce.
