PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network printer capable of responding to a request by a user who wants to exclusively and continuously use a specific a paper ejection tray and to impartially give the secured time of the paper ejection tray to each user. SOLUTION: This printer is provided with opposite identifier receiving means 18A and 19A for receiving opposite identifier information transmitted from a terminal 40 and continuous print identifier receiving means 18B and 19B for receiving continuous print identifier information transmitted from the terminal 40. The paper ejection tray can be secured so that the specific user can exclusively and continuously use the paper ejection tray by allocating the identifier of the opposite party to the paper ejection tray. When the allocation of the opposite identifier to the paper ejection tray is updated, the association of the date and hour information at that time with the paper ejection tray is written in a tray table 17B.
