PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting state holder of a memory card preventing the memory card from being released from a plug-in port and capable of easily fitting or removing the memory card to or from the plug-in port without applying machining to the memory card. SOLUTION: A plate spring 3 formed with an inclination section 31 extending obliquely upward toward the outside of a board 1 from the back face of the board 1 and a pressing section 32 inclined more gradually than the inclination section 31 is provided on the outside of the board 1, and the plate spring 3 excites a Compact Flash (R) 6 in the connecting direction to a connector 2 in contact with the edge section 6a' of the Compact Flash 6.
