PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric transformer whose case is easily miniaturized and made shorter while a cost for fabricating the case is reduced. SOLUTION: There are provided a piezoelectric transformer element 1, a case 2A of insulating resin for housing the piezoelectric transformer element, and a plurality of flexible leaf spring lead terminals 3A, 4A, and 5A which are formed at the case and guide an input electrode and an output electrode of the piezoelectric transformer element to outside of the case. The lead terminal comprises at least an element extension part which is electrically connected to the piezoelectric transformer element, and a case arrangement which is provided along the side end of the case while connected to an external circuit. Related to the lead terminal, the case arrangement is engaged with lead terminal engagements 212A, 223A, and 224A formed at the side end of the case while integrally fitted to the case.
