PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display array device and its interruption execution method capable of quickly executing command processing received from a master device by reducing the ratio of interruptions or preventing the reduction of substantial processing speed even when a write command from the master device is continuously executed. SOLUTION: Immediate interruption and delayed interruption can be selectively executed, that is, the immediate interruption is selected for a writing command and the delayed interruption is selected for a reading command. Then the writing command is detected, whether the competition of pages is generated or not, i.e., whether a cache memory area for executing the command is used or not, is judged. Only when page competition is generated, the normal delayed interruption is switched to the immediate interruption, so that the cache memory area for executing the command is quickly opened and waiting time due to the page competition is shortened.
