A Web data output managing device comprising a receiving unit (2) for receiving Web data output command information from a user, a Web data acquiring unit (3) for acquiring Web data on a Web page outputted according to a command of the user in response to the received Web data output command information, an output Web data creating unit (4) for extracting useful Web data useful to the user from the received Web data and creating output Web data, and an output control unit (5) for allowing an output device (15) to output the created output Web data, wherein Web data constituting a Web page on the Internet is outputted from the output device in the form in which the user can readily uses the Web data without outputting unnecessary Web data.
