To execute operations of a central system (1) by a satellite system (30), the invention provides a link (17) between the central system (1) and the satellite system (30) comprising: in the central system (1), a control card (9) which places said operations in one or several data blocks; in the satellite system (30), an access coupler (21) which sends on the link (17) to the control card (9), at least a reading command to which the control card (9) replies by sending said data block(s) on the link (17) to the access coupler (21).
