<p>The invention concerns compounds of general formula (I), wherein: R1 is a group of formula CnHxFy, where n = 1 or 2, x = 0 to 4, y = 1 to 5 and x+y = 2n+1; R represents a C2-C4 alkenyl, phenyl, thienyl, furyl, pyridyl, imidazolyl, thiazolyl, pyranyl or dihydropyranyl group, optionally substituted by one or two R3 groups; R2 and R3, independently of each other, represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, a hydroxy, an amino, a cyano, a nitro, a C1-C4 alkylthio, a SO2NH2 or a hydroxymethyl group; and their salts, N-oxides and hydrates. The invention has therapeutic applications.</p> |
