PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-aging agent, and a beautifying and whitening agent, having an excellent cell-activating activity and capable of obtaining an expected efficacy without being degenerated in its preparation. SOLUTION: This dermal external agent contains a squeezed liquid of the fruit of Lonicera caerulea, and blended with the above squeezed liquid as the cell-activating agent and as the beautifying and whitening agent. It is possible to incorporate 1 kind or >=2 kinds selected from a conventionally known cell- activating agent, beautifying and whitening agent, anti-oxidation agent, moisture- retaining agent, anti-inflammatory agent and ultraviolet light-preventing agent together with the squeezed liquid of fruit of Lonicera caerulea. |
