SOLUTION: The release agent coating roller 52 has a belt material 52 of felt spirally wound around its base material 53, and both the edges of the belt material 52 have tapered surfaces 54 slanting from one of the top and reverse surfaces to the other, and the base material 53 is spirally wound with the belt material 52 so that the tapered surfaces 54 of both the edges are overlapped.
