PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily design a color layer formed on the inner face of an electrode substrate and to add preferable gradation to smoothly change the tone of the color layer. SOLUTION: The color layer formed on the inner face of the electrode substrate consists of groups of color dots 10, and gradation is added to the tone of the display color in specified display regions a to c by varying the coating rate of the color dots 10 per unit area S. The color dots 10 are regularly arranged in such a manner that each dot is one of a hexagon, square and triangle and that the distance between adjacent color dots 10, is identical. |
