PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of a pulsation while reducing the frequency of sampling to perform a reliable gas flow measurement. SOLUTION: This method for sampling a single containing a periodic pulsation component includes a process for sampling the signal with a prescribed period and determining the period of the pulsation component by mathematical calculation, a process for performing a first sampling of the signal in an optical first time successively to the above process, and a process for performing a second sampling of a signal at a second time after odd times of the half of the period of the pulsation component from the first time.
