PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip removing device of a machine tool capable of improving durability of a guide rail for supporting a movable support body. SOLUTION: A compressed air injection mechanism 31 is mounted on a cutting mechanism part 16 mounted on the movable support body 15, and first and second injection nozzles 38a and 38b are disposed near a milling cutter 25. First to third suction nozzles 45a, 46a, and 46b are disposed near the movable support body 15 so as to close to guide rails 13 and 14. Air injected by the injection nozzles 38a and 38b scatter chips on the guide rails 13 and 14, the suction nozzles 45a, 46a, and 46b suck and recover the scattered chips and chips adhered onto the guide rails 13 and 14. Thus, abrasion of the guide rails 13 and 14 is suppressed to improve durability.
